Audio Theater is "the theater of the mind". Our actors and sound effect wizards perform using microphones. The audience is invited to use their imagination.

Auditions are set for September 4th and 5th from 7:00-9:00 pm at the Arts Center of the Ozarks.

Characters in Dracula
Dr. Abraham Van Helsing- vampire hunter
Dr. Jack Seward - psychiatrist
Birdie - Dr. Seward's head housekeeper
Williams - head attendant at Dr. Seward's sanitarium
Jonathan Harker - Solicitor
Mina Harker - Jonathan Harker's wife
R.M. Renfield - a resident at the sanitarium
Lucy Westenra - Jack Seward's fiancee
Count Dracula - vampire
Announcer - 1940's style radio announcer
When auditioning, a person's age or gender is not a significant factor in whether he is awarded the part. The most important thing we consider when casting a role is an actor's voice.
Females can play male roles and vice versa.
